DEPOSITs & PAYMENTS

A $30 deposit is required for every style, ​unless stated otherwise. After booking the ​deposit should be sent via e-transfer to​ deposit@styledbyzee.com.

Deposits are required for all services and ​should be sent within 4 hours of booking, ​after which appointment will be cancelled.

For off schedule appointments, deposits ​must be sent at the time of booking.

Deposits are not an additional charge; it will ​be deducted from total cost.

Address will be sent via text (within 24 hrs) ​only after deposit is paid.

The balance is due in cash.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL PRICES ARE FINAL.

LATE

If you are running late please inform me ​within the first 15 mins. A late fee of $15 will ​be added to any appointment over 15 mins ​late.

After 30 mins late your appointment will be ​cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. ​No exceptions.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule within 1 month of the ​original appointment date to avoid losing ​your deposit. After 1 month the deposit will ​be forfeited.

You are permitted 1 reschedule per ​deposit.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment ​links are provided in your confirmation ​email.

SAME DAY RESCHEDULING COUNTS AS A ​CANCELLATION AND THEREFORE ​DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

NO CALL NO SHOW NO NEW ​APPOINTMENT.

CANCELLATION

You are welcomed to cancel your ​appointment at any time however, the ​deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (unless I ​cancel).

Rescheduling must be done more than 24 ​hours in advance of your scheduled ​appointment to avoid forfeiting your ​deposit.

SAME DAY RESCHEDULING COUNTS AS ​A CANCELLATION AND THEREFORE ​ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

LAST MINUTE/OFF ​SCHEDULE ​APPOINTMEmNT

There will be an extra charge of $20-​$60 for any appointments booked last ​minute or off schedule.

Off schedule are my days off and last ​minute is after working hours.

Can only be booked via text.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR ​APPOINTMENT

BLOW OUT IS NOT REQUIRED

Hair must be clean (freshly shampooed) or ​I will cancel and forfeit the deposit.

I work from home and do not have the ​facilities shampoo hair.

Your hair should be detangled and placed ​into big braids or twists. If you want your ​hair stretched / blown out before styling, ​do not apply any heavy oils or conditioner ​to your hair prior.

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Please do not bring any extra people to y​our appointment, they will be turned a​way.

• Do you offer early/late appointment’s?​
  

At the moment, no. Work hours are between ​9:30am​ to 4pm.

• Do​ you do men’s hair?
  

Cu​rrently not accepting any new male clients.

• Do​ I have to provide hair?
  

Hair extensions are included with every service​ except soft locs. Curls for boho or goddess ​styles i​ncluded at an additional cost.

• Do​ I have to send a deposit?
  

Yes.The deposit secures your appointment date ​and​ time.

Covid-19

Moving forward, appointments are going ​to be limited. By booking with me you are ​agreeing to

1. Temperature checks upon arrival(temps ​over 38.0 will be rescheduled)

2. Wear a proper fitting mask for the ​duration of your appointment(covering ​nose and chin).

3. Sanitizing / washing hands upon ​arrival.

4. If you are sick or think you might be ​sick, please rschedule and stay home.

Parking

Paid parking is enforced.

Visitors parking is at the back of the ​building.

Parking meter is located towards to entrance ​of the back door.

Buzzer is at the front lobby.
